Beautiful voice and songs
Kiran was interviewed on NPR. In her self-titled CD, Yeh Nahim is exquisite.

Nothing but outstanding! Her perfect voice control and the skilled musicians make wonders together

She's ok, but hard to judge cause of incomplete albums
Her music can feel very unfocused and drifting sometimes, but when she concentrates she can produce quality stuff. It is hard to get a proper judgement of her abilities because all of the albums available on calabash are incomplete. -_-

Dear Kiran, I enjoy very much your singing. You have a special way to embrace and drive the melody. Thank you for the pure hapiness I felt while listening to you !The story of your life is also beautuful and interesting, no doubt that, while you root deeply in tradition, you also bring your own uniqueness both to the poetry and the melody (this is why the title of my review). It's a pity that your full albums are not available, if they were, I would buy them right now ! I just sent a request to ITunes for them to have your albums in the Store.
